OACETT 2nd Annual 5K Run & Walk
May 28 - June 5, 2022
Dust off those sneakers, and join your OACETT colleagues for our 2nd Annual 5K run/walk in the comfort of your community.
Members can run or walk anytime and as many times as they like during the week of May 28 - June 5, 2022. Run/walk with your chapter, a colleague or bring along your furry friend to join in the fun. Two-legged and four-legged racers are encouraged to dress in their finest.

5 KM Walk – Most recorded walks!
5 KM Furry Friend Walk - Most recorded walks & best picture!

Posting your results!
Completing Your Virtual Race:
- You may complete your virtual run or walk at any time during the 5 KM event completion window: May 28 - June 5, 2022.
- You may re-attempt your race as many times as you want during the completion window.
- After your results are submitted, you will be able to view your results details and finisher certificate.
- Click on your name on the sidebar for your result details and finishers' certificate!
Manual Time Upload:
- Go to the results page of the event you're participating in.
- From the results page, click the “Submit a virtual result” button.
- To confirm your registration enter your last name and confirmation number, or by signing into your Race Roster account.
- Once your registration is confirmed, you will be prompted to enter your results and the results of anyone else that was included in your initial registration. You are able to come back at a later time to post additional results.
Running Safety Guidelines:
- Respect local bylaws and pedestrian laws when running or walking.
- Avoid areas with higher pedestrian traffic, such as city sidewalks or popular trails.
- Prepare to change your route if your planned route is too congested.
- Only pass people when safe. Slow down or stop when it is unsafe to pass.
- Wear a mask or face covering when running or walking in higher density areas.
- Wear high-visibility clothing whenever possible, and always be mindful of vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
- Do not text, call, or use your mobile devices when running or walking.
