Help Alex raise money

For participating in 2023 Cleveland Marathon

My Story…

Dear Friends and Family,

As some of you may already know, but many do not, my mother has been battling Progressive Bulbar Palsy (PBP) over the past few years.  PBP is a variant of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), often with more rapid progression.  It has been a difficult journey for our family, but we are grateful for the love and support we have received.

Many of us are running at the Cleveland Marathon on May 20th or 21st in my mother's honor.  There is a 5K, 10K, half, and full marathon which you are welcome to join.

Additionally, I wanted to reach out to all of you and ask for your help in raising awareness and funds towards reaching a cure for ALS.  While our family is not in need of any financial support, we would like to see an end to this terrible disease through additional scientific research and development.

ALS is a devastating disease that affects thousands of people worldwide, and there is still so much we don't know about it.  By donating to ALS research, we can help fund the development of new treatments and eventually find a cure.

I'm asking all of you to consider making a donation to The ALS Association of Northern Ohio.  Every little bit counts and will help make a difference in the fight against ALS.

Thank you for your continued love and support during this time.  Together, we can make a difference and bring hope to those affected by this terrible disease.

Alex
