'40 For Fortey' Relay Event

You are registering for the 2023 '40 for Fortey Relay’ event.

Please note the following:

• Start time is 6:30am Sunday 28^th May 2023 from the Main Arena at Toowoomba Showgrounds, cnr Glenvale Rd and Harvey Rd Toowoomba.
• The relay is open for individuals or teams of up to 10 participants with a minimum age of 11 as at 28^th May 2023.
• Entry fees are $26.50 per individual or team member (which includes the Race Roster booking fee). The nominated captain of each team will be required to register and set up the team name; individual team members will then be able to register and join their nominated team.
• The ‘40 for Fortey Relay’ event is 10 x 4km laps of Toowoomba Showgrounds.
• No dogs, bikes, etc. are permitted.
• The Toowoomba Police Social Club has sponsored a trophy for the fastest team over the 40 kilometres.
• Advice regarding race pack collection will be forwarded to all registered participants via email and also communicated via the '40 for Fortey' Facebook page.
• The Race Director has the authority to delay or abandon the event due to adverse weather conditions that may affect the safety of runners.

There is ample parking at the Showgrounds. Please follow any signs or directions given by marshals.
