Welcome to the Black Girls RUN! spring challenge!
This 4-week challenge is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals by committing to run a marathon, half marathon or 10K every week. That's right - every single week! You can submit as many activities as you want to achieve your goal. This challenge is for you if you are passionate about running and looking for a way to stay motivated, push your limits and improve your overall fitness. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this challenge will help you take your running to the next level.

Here's how the challenge works...
Register for the challenge. The cost is $39 (includes shipping and your gear). Once you finish your challenge, we'll ship your gear right to your door. Just want the gear? Click Register and choose "Gear Only". | |
Join the Black Girls Run Strava club. We'll send instructions in your confirmation email. Encouraging, reminiscing, and friendly trash-talking is permitted and encouraged. | |
Run or walk each week! Upload as many activities as you want to reach your goal. The challenge runs from May 1-28. | |
Submit your activities each week into the Virtual Results. See the chart below for more information. | |
Cross your fingers! Each week on Monday we'll pick a random winner to win a prize. Weekly prizes are randomly chosen, not based on performance. You must upload your activities before Sunday at midnight to be eligible for the weekly prize! |
