My Story…
Welcome to my fundraiser for the 2024 Pittsburgh Half Marathon, dedicated to supporting the ALS Association—a cause that holds a profound place in my heart. Last April, my husband’s Uncle Brett lost his battle with ALS, underscoring the urgency to contribute to the fight against this devastating disease.
The ALS Association is dedicated to advancing global ALS research to unlock a CURE so that this becomes a livable disease. The money raised will also be utilized to provide essential programs and support for local families affected by ALS. From facilitating support groups for caretakers to supplying mobility devices and speech aids, the ALS Association strives to enhance the lives of those impacted by ALS. Our family has seen the outstanding work of this organization first hand.
Let’s join forces to make a meaningful impact, honoring Uncle Brett’s memory and helping those currently facing the challenges of ALS. Thank you for being part of this journey towards a world without ALS.
Every day is a good day.
