Help Sean raise money

In 2010 my mom, Ann, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. At the time, September, she was told she probably wouldn’t see Christmas. When we finally heard from her oncologist 5 weeks later he gave us a much better prognosis, that it was slow moving and she would survive several years. The cancer eventually spread and she passed in May 2012, 20 months after her diagnosis. She passed surrounded by loved ones at the VG’s palliative care unit. Unfortunately she passed before she could see my brother get married, or meet either of her granddaughters. Despite only living 20 months after her diagnosis, she was considered one of the lucky ones. Pancreatic cancer survival rates haven’t changed much over the last several decades. I discovered Craig’s cause a year or so after mom died. Though life got busy and I haven’t been able to volunteer as much with them as I’d like, they hold a special place in my heart.
