My Story…
The big C word, Cancer. As far as I can remember it has always shown up in my life in one way or another, whether it be a relative, teacher, or friend. I currently have a close family member and friend fighting the fight!
It never gets any easier to hear that someone you love has Cancer, always giving you that awful feeling of helplessness and not knowing what to do. Wishing there was something more you could do other than just 'be there for them'.
One thing I know I can do to help is by raising funds for the research to finding better solutions and hopefully a solid cure for all types.
