My Story…

Mental Health is a key part of my life and others. I am walking for my brother Kris who took his life in 2016. CMHA has Suicide Prevention courses that give you information to help others they may be thinking of suicide. Please sponsor me and give to a great cause. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I am so thankful to have an opportunity to support a mental health outlet.
