Dear Friends,

As the Christmas season approaches, many of us are reminded of the comfort, warmth, and security we’re fortunate to enjoy. It’s also a time when the needs of our most vulnerable neighbours become impossible to ignore. While I don’t often reach out for donations, this is a cause that means a great deal to me.

This year, I’m supporting The Salvation Army’s Gateway Shelter Christmas Campaign, which provides essential services to individuals and families experiencing poverty and homelessness. The Gateway’s Drop-In Program offers a safe place to warm up, enjoy a hot meal, access clothing and basic necessities, and—perhaps most importantly—experience a sense of community during a season that can feel especially isolating.

To help ensure the Gateway can continue meeting these needs, I’m participating in this year’s Santa Shuffle on December 6th. There are two simple ways to join me in making a difference:
