Updates
- The Friday evening racer check-in is going to move to the Bellevue Seniors' Hall, located next door to our office at 2413 213 Street, Bellevue, AB.
- Just to confirm, daylight saving time ends on Sunday morning, so 24 and 12-hour runners will actually finish at 8:00am once the clocks go back. The race clock will still be on the correct time, though.
- It's always hard to know how the weather will stack up. Inside the mine it doesn't matter, but outside it's looking like a high on Saturday of 12˚C and a low of 3˚C, with a 40% chance of showers. The outdoor area is a wee tent cluster, so it will keep you mostly dry, but it will still be humid. The bathrooms are outdoor portable toilets, and they can get a bit cold.
- We do have two cargo trailers that double as sleeping areas if anyone needs to crash out for a bit. They have little heaters, and they aren't luxury by any means, but they do have cots and blankets.
