REGISTRATION & RACE KIT CLAIMING
Will there be on-site registration on race day?
None – Please follow our official channels for updates.
I missed my race kit claiming schedule. Can I still claim it on race day?
Yes, unclaimed race kits can still be picked up at the event venue on race day.
Can I change my event category after I’ve registered?
No. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable, and changes in category are not allowed.
What if I decide not to participate after registering? Can I withdraw?
Yes, you may withdraw. However, no refunds will be issued and race slots are non-transferable.
Can I update my registration information after submission?
Yes, but only typographical errors, contact details, and address changes may be corrected. You may approach the On-Site Registration Area and ask for assistance.

Is the online registration system secure?
Yes. It uses a security system that complies with banking industry standards in the Philippines.
Note: Online registration with delivery will include additional processing, web admin, and delivery fees.
THE PHYSICAL RACE
Where is the starting line?
All race categories will start at SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.
Is there a baggage deposit area?
Yes. Baggage tents will be available per race category.
We recommend arriving early to avoid delays.
Note: Organizers will not be liable for any lost or damaged belongings. Please do not leave valuables in your bag.
What happens if I get injured during the race?
Medical and first aid stations are placed along the race route.
You may also approach route marshals or paramedics for assistance.
RACE ROUTE
Is there a cut-off time for the start of the race?
Yes. All participants must start within 15 minutes after their category’s gun start.
Latecomers will no longer be allowed to start.
What happens if I can’t finish the race by 7:00 AM?
An ambulance will sweep the course starting at 7:00 AM.
Remaining participants will be picked up and taken to the finish line.
They will be disqualified from official results.

PARTICIPANT CONCERNS
Can I still participate if my race singlet doesn’t fit? Can I change sizes?
Yes. You may exchange it for another size on race day, subject to availability.
What hydration will be available?
Water will be available at hydration stations throughout the route.
Are walkers allowed?
Yes, but please keep to the right to allow faster runners to pass.
Are wheelchairs, bikes, skates, or strollers allowed?
No. Only official vehicles are allowed on the race course.
SUPPORTERS
Can my family and friends support me at the event?
Yes! They are welcome to cheer along the route.
Please remind them to stay clear of the race path and observe proper conduct.
RACE AWARDS
Where and when is the awards ceremony?
The Awarding Ceremony will be held on race day at The Grounds, immediately after the race.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
How do I get to the race site?
The event will take place at SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. You can get there via:
Taxi/Cab/Grab/Angkas (etc.)
Bus or Public Transport
Will there be road closures?
Yes. Sections of the race route will be closed to traffic.
Refer to the official race guide for road closure advisories and timings.
Is parking available?
TBA. Please check official announcements.
Bike owners are advised to bring their own locks. The mall will not be liable for lost or stolen bikes.

Will there be changing areas and restrooms?
Yes. Changing areas and portalets will be available inside the activity zone.
