I’ll be hitting the pavement for the Run for Mental Health, a cause that’s so close to my heart—supporting women’s mental health and wellness.
Every step I take is for the women who are fighting silent battles, for those seeking strength, and for the programs that provide life-changing mental health resources. Whether it’s a mile or a marathon, I’m running to raise awareness and funds to ensure no woman faces her struggles alone.
