I've spent my life in healthcare, and one thing is clear: behind every patient is often a woman—a mother, wife, sister, or daughter—silently carrying the load. On May 24, I'm running for them. For the women who give endlessly. For those who care, advocate, and show up every single day. Caregiver burnout is real. Women's mental health matters. This run is my tribute to the strength, love, and resilience of the women who make this world a better place.
