Hello, This will be my second year participating in such a great cause dear to my heart, as a woman I would like to continue to be supportive, and ally to my community, and tried to help as much as I can, in speaking out about mental illness. Woman are truly the backbone of families and communities, they provide care and support and nurturing to their families, and are essential to the development of children, We as woman also play a significant role in community building and often take on leadership roles in our communities. We need to continue to be supportive and donate to continue to help women struggling with mental health and disorders.
