I am putting together a group for the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women to help raise awareness and funds in support of The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre.

It’s not just about running—it’s a chance to support a great cause, get outside, and do something active together. No need to be a serious runner—run at your own pace. 

Think of it as a mix of team-building, exercise, and giving back.

It would be awesome to do this as a group! 🙌
