My Story…
In highschool, I attended an outpatient program with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). I was 15 and severely anorexic. With the help of the staff, I was able to start recovery and it has been life changing. I am running and fundraising to give back to the mental health resources that have helped myself and others so significantly.
