My Story…
I'm running the Run for Women in honour of my friend Trish, whose recent passing has left a deep impact on those who knew and loved her. As an occupational therapist, I see firsthand how essential mental health support is, especially for women. This run is for Trish, and the countless women like her who deserve support, compassionate care, and to know they're not alone.
