I’m excited to participate in the 2025 Shoppers Drug Mart 10km Run for Women to raise awareness and funds for Women's Mental Health. This cause is close to my heart as mental health is something that affects us all, in one way or another. By running, I’m not just challenging myself physically, but also raising awareness and funds to support mental health initiatives that will provide resources and support to those in need. Your donation will directly support programs that offer caring and compassionate support for women dealing with a variety of complex mental health issues that can severely affect a woman’s well-being in areas including depression, anxiety or trauma, and even reproductive issues that affect a woman’s mental health.
