Although this run is focused on Women's Mental Health, Mental Health in general needs to be acknowledged and we must stamp out the STIGMA that still exists surrounding those individuals seeking help. We need to ensure those seeking care have the access to quality care when they need it and not escalating or worse while waiting on a wait list
