Meet the PMI-DHC Trailblazers!
We’re the PMI-DHC Trailblazers: a team of passionate professionals from the Project Management Institute – Durham Highlands Chapter, coming together to support women’s mental health through the 2025 Run for Women at Whitby Shores.
As project managers, we know the power of planning, perseverance, and showing up for what matters. And mental health matters. This June, we’re trading in our meeting agendas for race bibs, joining a nationwide movement that helps fund critical programs at Ontario Shores, including the Shoppers Drug Mart® Women’s Clinic.
This specialty clinic offers short-term treatment for women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and other reproductive-related mental health challenges. Funds raised also support a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services for women across all life stages (from adolescents to seniors) providing care that’s built on compassion, recovery, and hope.
We’re proud to run, walk, and fundraise for the women in our lives, and yours, who deserve access to the right care at the right time.
