Help Sarah raise money

When I thought of running the full marathon, I knew it would be a challenge, but when I think of running for my grandfather, that challenge becomes a mission. A testimony to the man he was and the mark he left on us. Although heart disease continues to affect our community in one way or another, with every proceed, more research is being done to better the lives of many. As I take on the role as a masters student researcher in heart disease, I understand the value of raising money to further advance research and science. My strength during this race represents merely a fraction of the efforts those fighting heart disease endure, the researchers devoting hours to their craft and the staff helping every single person they can. Running hand in hand, running for those who can't, running to spread awareness. Every proceed counts.
