My Story…

I grew up on a First Nation where we were lucky that we had access (for the most part) to clean water and reasonably priced food. In my adult life though, I've had the chance to travel throughout communities in Canada, including remote First Nation, where the food costs are ridiculously high and healthy eating is not attainable for many. While this even is for food security in my current community, I participate thinking of those that do not have fair an equitable access to food. Thank you for your donation and my small campaign of awareness raising.

Description

All funds raised through the Compass Run for Food are donated to established food programs in Dufferin, including food banks and school nutrition programs. Please help make a bigger difference for this very important cause!
