My Story
The Beginning ...
When Nori was just six years old, she started having unusual back pain. What first was written off as growing pains persisted and led to a visit to SickKids Hospital. There she was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in January 2021. At the beginning Nori wasn’t willing to interact with outsiders, but as the days passed, she started to welcome the Campfire Circle staff into her hospital room.
Traditions and Paying It Forward ...
Fast forward four years and Campfire Circle has become one of our family's most cherished organizations and our annual family camp trip to Rainbow Lake has become one of our most anticipated and loved traditions.
Campfire Circle has played a significant role in our family's strength and Nori's growth as a child overcoming cancer. We look forward in finally participating in the SportingLife 10K to help support the organization that has changed the lives of so many.
