This year, I’m proud to be running the #SportingLife10K in support of Campfire Circle — a cause that’s close to my heart.
Campfire Circle brings joy, hope, and healing to kids living with cancer or serious illnesses, and their families. Through their in-hospital, community, and overnight camp programs, they create safe spaces where kids can just be kids — where they can laugh, play, build friendships, and find strength in each other.
These programs help children build confidence, develop resilience, and reclaim a piece of their childhood that illness often tries to take away. Every dollar raised helps expand these programs to reach even more kids and families across Ontario.

Help deliver healing through happiness to kids with cancer or serious illness and their families.
For over 40 years Campfire Circle has provided play-based experiences through our in-hospital, community, and overnight camps for kids with cancer or serious illness and their families. We empower kids to take back their childhood, regardless of their medical diagnosis.
Now, more than ever, kids with serious illness and their families need moments of joy, connection, and healing.
