This year, I’m running the Philadelphia Marathon in honor of my Uncle Dave, who recently passed away after a courageous battle with glioblastoma—a relentless and aggressive form of brain cancer. For as long as I can remember, every family holiday and celebration included him. Now, that has changed, and it’s a painful reminder of how urgently we need better treatments and cures.
