I’m running my first half marathon this October with my team, Cardio Makes the Heartio, in support of Brigadoon Village. It’s a camp that gives kids living with health conditions a chance to enjoy the outdoors, build friendships, and just be kids. Since May, I’ve been putting in the training miles—running, biking, and pushing myself harder than ever. This fundraiser isn’t just about crossing the finish line; it’s about giving kids the same chance to feel proud of their achievements and create lifelong memories.
