It will be a decade this year since David passed away, and my 8th year participating in the RFL.  Snow storms, sunshine and everything in between.

Please take the time to check on those around you.  Take care of your circle first.  Then read on.

It is my hope that I can help one family, one person in not going through what we did when David died.  He was a dynamic, artistic, creative and sometimes trying young man.  I run to keep memory of him alive for those who met him and those that never had the chance.

This year the run is going to be the same as last year.  Support me or punish me.  Either way it will cost you $1 a meter to make me run.
