Yukon Run for Life

The funds support new and ongoing running programs across the territory.  

The Raven 50 is run through a nonprofit called Run For Life. An important aspect of this community building is to work hand in hand with our First Nation partners. Our events create an opportunity for us all to gain a new perspective, to show up, to learn, to support, and to give visibility to the important stories and the First Peoples of the traditional territories upon which we run. Our Raven run club wants to combat youth inactivity by encouraging children to engage in running. We believe that running programs can encourage kids of all abilities to set goals, foster self confidence, and create a life long love of movement.
