Help end homelessness in Falmouth

Description

Your donations to our team help end homelessness in Falmouth. Belonging to Each Other helps transition people experiencing homelessness move into stable housing. Our dedicated staff of case managers work with our residents to guide them through the process of obtaining housing and also staying with them for up to two years to make sure they build and maintain the skills to keep that housing. Because of that we have an 80% success rate with our residents obtaining and keeping their housing.
