My Story…

Hello friends! I will be running my first 5K to raise funds in support of local women's mental health programs.

A large portion of funds raised will support the work of the Women’s Health Concerns Clinic (WHCC) at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton.

I was inspired to support such an important cause after my journey of overcoming postpartum depression and anxiety (PPD/PPA). I wished I had known about such helpful local resources such as WHCC at the time. PPD/PPA affects 1 in 6 mothers, let's help other moms come out of the other side stronger!
