My Story…

Mental health. The only way there is together.

June 7th, 2026 I will be participating in the 1K Little steps, to raise funds to ensure that the women in our lives have access to the very best mental health care at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.

Funds raised will support compassionate care for women of all ages.
