Help VALERIE raise money

I’m running the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women to support women’s mental health because I believe no woman should struggle alone. Mental health challenges affect so many families, including people close to me, and I’ve seen how important support, compassion, and access to care can be. By participating in this event, I hope to help raise awareness and funds for programs that support women in our community. Every donation, no matter the size, helps make a difference.
