Help Carrie raise money

I don't run much, but when I do, it's for a very good cause. :)  
Like the mental health of our mothers and sisters, our daughters and friends. This Sunday, June 7, I'm running the 5k event in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women. This event supports women's mental health and addictions care at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton. Every day, at St. Joe's, I have the privilege of witnessing the difference that philanthropy makes on the care we are able to provide. I hope that you will consider making a donation to support my run. Here's why:   Women are twice as likely as our male counterparts to be affected by things like anxiety and depression. And we're 9 times more likely to be affected by an eating disorder. So let's make sure every woman has access to the care she needs close to home, at St. Joe's Thank you for your support!
