Our story…

Our team (My boys and me) are coming together for the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women to support something that touches so many lives ....mental health.

For our family, staying active, spending time together, and supporting one another has always been incredibly important. Mental health matters for everyone ....men, women, families, friends, and our entire community.

We are proud to walk/run together to help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and support mental health programs for those who need them most. Every donation helps make a difference, and we truly appreciate your support.
