Animal Allies has been a cherished friend of Good Morning Northland for many years. Every week, they join us in the studio to introduce a new “Pet of the Week,” and it’s always a highlight—meeting these sweet, four-legged guests and helping them find their forever homes.

This year, I’m thrilled to be running the 50th Grandma’s Marathon Half Marathon in support of Animal Allies, an organization I’ve grown close to during my time in the Northland. Their dedication to rescuing, caring for, and rehoming animals is truly inspiring, and I’ve seen firsthand the impact they make in our community.
