This June, I’ll be running Grandma’s Half Marathon—a special one for me as it marks both the 50th anniversary of Grandma’s and my own 50th year! I wanted to make this milestone count by running as a charity runner for Animal Allies, an organization that helps animals find the loving homes they deserve.

I’m lucky to share my life (and many trail miles!) with two amazing dogs who remind me daily how much joy, love, and adventure pets bring into our lives. Every animal deserves that same chance—to be cared for, to be safe, and to be loved.

Your donation helps Animal Allies provide the best possible care to animals waiting for their “furever” homes—giving them food, shelter, medical attention, and a whole lot of love until they find their families.
