Raising funds for the American Association for Cancer Research
Did you know George McFall, Liz Furia, Marjolene Rose, or Terry North? They were all wonderful friends who lost their lives to cancer.
I am once again participating in the Philadelphia Marathon as part of the AACR's “Runners for Research” Team to raise money for cancer research.
Everyone knows someone who has or had cancer. Please consider donating to honor or in memory of someone in your life.

This will be both the 33rd Anniversary of the Philadelphia Marathon as well as my 33rd time running the event. However, a $33 donation is NOT required - any amount will be greatly appreciated. Even a dollar can make a difference because 88 cents of every dollar donated to the American Association for Cancer Research goes directly to support lifesaving cancer research! During the past 32 years of this race, cancer mortality has declined by nearly 33%.
