My Story…
As a neurosurgery resident, I see patients daily struggling with the immense burden of cancer diagnosis and treatment. This fundraiser means a lot to me as the patients in the hospital continue to fight every day, many without a known cure in sight. There perseverance and strength is absolutely inspiring. While continuing to provide patient care and be involved in oncological research on Glioblastoma, I hope to raise money to further support these patients in my passion for running outside of the hospital. In addition to my professional focus, I hope to support the number of close friends and family members lost to cancer.
