This November, I'll be returning to the Philadelphia Marathon for the third year in a row! It will also be my 13th full marathon, and I'm excited to once again combine my passion for running with a cause that means so much to me.

I'm honored to be running with Takeda Pharmaceuticals in support of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR).

Cancer research is deeply personal to me. In 2016, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Thankfully, after a long and difficult journey, she recovered. Watching her fight taught me how important hope, medical innovation, and continued research are—not only for patients, but also for their families and loved ones.

Every breakthrough starts with research, and organizations like AACR help make those breakthroughs possible.
