My Story…
In 2020 my mom was diagnosed with end stage Cholangiocarcinoma - a rare form of cancer that begins in your bile ducts. We lost her less than 8 weeks from her diagnosis, which was an extremely hard thing to comprehend for our family. I started diligently running to help with my anxiety and depression, and ran my first Philly Half Marathon in November of 2021 in her honor with my brother by my side. This will be my 3rd Philly Half Marathon and I’m raising proceeds that support the American Association of Cancer Research in her honor. I am running with a team of friends in honor of our mommas - “Miles for our Mommas”. All donations are extremely appreciated 🤍
