Fundacion Castro Limon

Fundación Castro-Limón is a nonprofit organization based in Tijuana, Mexico, dedicated to saving the lives of children diagnosed with cancer by providing comprehensive treatment completely free of charge, regardless of a family’s financial circumstances.

For many families in the region, a childhood cancer diagnosis is not only a medical crisis but also an overwhelming financial burden. Without access to specialized care, countless children would not have the opportunity to receive the treatment they need to survive. Fundación Castro-Limón exists to change that reality.

Through its specialized pediatric oncology center, the foundation provides chemotherapy, medications, diagnostic testing, psychological support, nutrition programs, and continuous care for both patients and their families throughout the entire treatment journey.
