Mentorship Changes Lives
Three years ago, I became a Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and it's easily been one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. Getting to watch my Little grow, celebrate the little wins, and simply be someone they can count on has meant more to me than I can put into words.
This year, I'm so excited to be running the Beach to Beacon 10K with Team Big Brothers Big Sisters! I ran this race a few years ago, and I can't wait to get back out on the course, supporting a cause that's incredibly close to my heart.
I've been training with my friend Helena (who's also running!), and we've been putting in the miles together to get ready for race day. Every step we take is in support of an organization that changes lives every single day.
