Help Kelsey raise money

I'm joining Team Bryak for the 4th year in support of the Centre for Suicide Prevention. I am so honoured to be a part of this team again, and am grateful for the opportunity to support this cause in such a meaningful way. 

As September and this initiative comes around, I think about my friends and family members who have chosen suicide. I think about how they may have felt in the days, the weeks, the years leading up to their decision. I think about the community around them during those times, and the time after. I think about how we can all do better to create an open, supportive, welcoming space for anyone who may be working through those feelings now. 

Please support the CSP through financial donations, and/or by joining Team Bryak on the water for some conversation and paddling. We aim to get rid of the taboo that is suicide, and your donation helps the CSP do just that.
