My Story…

I am thrilled to be on Team Bryak with the Alberta Centre for Suicide Prevention to raise funds and awareness for the 2026 Run (Paddle)for Life. We will be paddling from darkness into the light from September 7th to the 11th, and having open conversations around the topic of suicide and suicide prevention.
