My Story…
I'm so happy to join Team Bryak again this year. I paddled with the team last year, and it was an incredible experience.
I believe that raising awareness about how to prevent suicide is important. I have heard stories of loss from friends who wish they had the knowledge to help. I'm raising funds for the Centre for Suicide Prevention in Calgary.
Please join me, and follow the journey of Team Bryak as we paddle through eight days of raising awareness in the Run (Paddle for Life). From darkness to light, our sunrise paddles symbolize when someone is ready to reach out for help.
