On September 13, my birthday, I'll be leading the 5K at the Run for Life. And because apparently I like making birthdays complicated, I'll also have my almost two-year-old chonker, Huxley, along for the ride in his Thule.

Run for Life is an in-person and virtual event that brings our community together to honour those we've lost to suicide and help raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention. As a board member with Canadian Mental Health Association, Alberta Division and Centre for Suicide Prevention, this one means a lot to me.

So instead of birthday presents, I'd love for you to come run (or walk!) 5K with me and join my team: SK's Birthday Run Crew.
