My Story…
For my Bat Mitzvah project I wanted to do something that helped spread awareness for disabilities. I feel like the Bionic Project is perfect for this. The Bionic Project goes to schools like mine and teaches us what it is like for people without an arm or leg. When they came to our school, they had us play soccer with crutches for players and goalies had to put one arm in their pinnie. They have taught me so much. For my project I am volunteering at one of the Bionic Project's biggest events, the Bionic5K in Cambridge on May 17, 2026. If you also want to help out, please consider donating to my Team Once Upon a Mitzvah and/or joining my team for the race. Thank you, Emma
