My Story…
Every year, I climb in honor of the 343 NY firefighters and all the brave first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001. Their courage, selflessness, and unwavering commitment to serving others will never be forgotten.
As President of the Firefighter Aid Association, I have the privilege of witnessing firsthand how funds raised through events like this make a real difference in the lives of local firefighters and their families during times of crisis. Whether it’s helping a firefighter facing a medical emergency, supporting a family after a tragic loss, or standing beside one of our own when they need it most, these resources provide hope when it matters most.
The 9/11 Stair Climb is more than a physical challenge. It is an act of remembrance, gratitude, and commitment. Every step represents the courage of those who climbed knowing the risks, yet chose service over self until their very last breath.
I’m asking for your support as I climb to honor their legacy and to ensure we continue caring for the firefighters who answer the call today. Your donation not only remembers the heroes of 9/11, it directly impacts the lives of local firefighters and their families when they need their community the most.
They climbed into danger to save lives. Today, we climb to remember their sacrifice and to stand beside the firefighters who continue answering the call every day.
Thank you for honoring their legacy and for making a lasting difference.
