Race Day Logistics

Q: Will hot dogs be available?

A: Yes! Hot dogs will be available at the finish line after the 6K and the 22K trail races.

The 6K

Q: What time does the 6K race start, and what time should I arrive?

A: The 6K starts at 9 am. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes early to park, grab the shuttle, use restrooms, pick up your bib, and get to the start line.

Q: Where is the start line/finish line located?

A: The start and finish are both at the Wawa Municipal Airport. Check out the Parking Details on our website for a Google Maps link to where to park and pick up the shuttle to the start line.

Q: Is there a course overview available?

A: Yes — Find an overview on the 2026 Race Information page on our website. The Photo Gallery links to our photographers' Flickr pages for a sneak peek at the trails and views.

Q: Is there an aid station?

A: No, an aid station is not available during the 6K. However, hot dogs will be available at the finish line!

The 1.5K Hill Climb

Q: What time does the 1.5K race start, and what time should I arrive?

A: The 1.5K starts at 1 pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to park, pick up your bib if this is your first/only event, and get to the start line.

Q: Where is the start line/finish line located?

A: The start line is located near Scenic High Falls. Check out the Parking Details on our website for a Google Maps link to where to park. Participants will be walking back down the hill after the race.

Q: Is there a course overview available?

A: Yes — Find an overview on the 2026 Race Information page on our website. The Photo Gallery links to our photographers' Flickr pages for a sneak peek at the trails and views.

Q: Is there an aid station and washrooms?

A: No, an aid station and washrooms are not available at the 1.5K. However, water will be available at the finish line, and a comfort station is located at Scenic High Falls.

The 22K

Q: What time does the 22K race start, and what time should I arrive?

A: The 22K starts at 9 am. We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes early to park, pick up your bib if this is your first/only event, and get to the start line.

Q: Where is the start line/finish line located?

A: The start line is located at Wilderness Helicopters. Check out the Parking Details on our website for a Google Maps link to where to park.

Q: Is there a course overview available?

Q: Is there an aid station?

A: Yes, an aid station is available during the 22K. And don't forget, hot dogs will be available at the finish line.

Weather & Safety

Q: What is your weather policy?

A: The event will take place rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, updates will be communicated to participants via email.

Q: What are typical race-day weather conditions?

A: Be prepared for sun, rain, wind, fog, snow and/or slippery conditions. We have experienced up to 4-5 of those conditions in one weekend.

Q: What should I do if I feel unwell during the race?

A: Stop at the nearest aid station or flag down a course marshal or medical volunteer immediately. Do not push through symptoms like dizziness, chest pain, or confusion — race staff are there to help.

Q: Are pets allowed on the course?

A: For safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the course. They are welcome to cheer you on at the start/finish line if leashed.

Timing, results merch & Photos

Q: Is the race timed?

A: The event will be chip-timed. Official results will be posted after the race.

Q: When and how will I receive my results?

A: A link to results is posted on race day at the results link, and you'll also receive a results email. If you are looking for times to beat, 2025 finishing times are posted on our website here.

Q: Will there be Trifecta merch available?

A: Yes — check out our merch options and prices here.

Q: Will there be professional race photos, and where can I view them?

A: Yes. Photographers will be on course and at the finish line. Links to race photos posted on our photographers' Flickr pages will be available on our website's Photo Gallery. An email will notify participants when they are available for viewing.
