For 15 years, Young Women LEAD has been unlocking leadership potential in teens across Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and beyond. Through 73 leadership conferences, YWL has empowered more than 48,600 students from 316 schools—and the movement is still growing!
YWL inspires teens to LEAD themselves with confidence, purpose, and authenticity. Our conferences and programs equip students to discover their strengths, find their voice, and take bold action in their schools and communities.

Opportunities for ALL
Young Women LEAD events are open to all teens in grades 9-12 regardless of where they live, their family incomes, or their GPAs. Just as we engage with all girls, we offer opportunities for everyone to get involved and support our mission.
Whether you prefer to roll up your sleeves and do the heavy lifting, serve as a social media champion, give financially, or engage your company in sponsorships, we have a spot for you.
